Traditional Punting Company Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Lost tickets/confirmations can be reissued in advance of the booking date.  

Bookings cancelled more that 72 hours in advance are eligible to a 70% refund. If only a deposit has been taken this will be retained. Bookings cancelled with less than 72 hours will not be refunded.

If you would like to reschedule your booking this can be done up to 72 hours in advance, subject to availability. Bookings can be re-scheduled for a charge of £15 up to 24 hours before departure. Bookings cannot be rescheduled on the day.

If you have rescheduled your booking you will be sent a new booking confirmation with your new booking details. Your previous confirmation/ ticket will not be valid.

If you fail to show up for your tour without letting us know, no refund or rescheduling will be applicable.

The Traditional Punting Company reserves the right to withdraw a tour at any given time. In this case any outstanding bookings will be given the choice of an alternative product of equal or higher value or a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be issued via the customers original payment method. Refunds can take up to 5 workings days to be appear back in the customers account.

Bad weather

Tours still run in all weather conditions.

If there is heavy rain due and you wish to reschedule you’ll need to contact us before the date of departure. 

Sometimes, we will be forced to close if there is a risk to the health and safety of our customers and staff. In the event of this happening, we will contact all bookings at the earliest opportunity and those affected will be entitled to either a full refund or rescheduling for another date.
