Shortly you will receive a booking confirmation from us which will include all the information you need for your punting in Cambridge tour.
We ask that you read this confirmation email carefully before your departure date with us. If your confirmation email does not arrive please do check your spam/junk mail folder. If this email has not arrived within 10 minutes of making your online booking then please call us on 01223 782306.
Our sales office is open daily from 9am – 5pm to help with any confirmation email issues as well as to answer any questions about your booking or the tour itself. You can alternatively visit our contact us page which includes an online contact form which we’ll respond to via email.
How to find us on the day?
Please come to our ‘Traditional Punting Company’ check-in location at:
Landing Stage, Thompsons Ln, Cambridge CB5 8AQ, (we are located right next to La Mimosa restaurant on the corner of Jesus Green).
Please aim to arrive on Jesus Green 10-15 minutes before your booking time and approach our check in desk when you have received your text message (this will be sent to you 5 minutes before your scheduled departure time).
Please note that late arrivals will result in a missed tour.

Please note there are NO parking facilities directly at the punting location, so please visit the Cambridge parking website for city centre carparks.
