February Half Term in Cambridge

Things to do in Cambridge February Half Term 2022

It can be hard to come up with things to do over the February half term, so we’ve done the research for you! Here are our favourite four things to do in Cambridgeshire.

1. Cambridge Treasure Trail

First up we’ve got The Cambridge Treasure Trail. They have trails all over Cambridgeshire, ranging from the city centre to Peterborough! The treasure trails are self-guided and are approximately 2 miles each, so you take your time following the clues. The trails are advertised for ages 6+ but I am sure that with a little more support from guardians, younger children could partake too.

So if you need an activity that gets everyone out of the house and walking around then this is a pretty good option for all the family!

2. Rally Karting Centre

Next up there is the Rally Karting Centre. Based out in Huntingdon the Rally Karting Centre will provide a brilliant day out for the more adventurous kids! Children aged 12 and up can partake in the activities, and they offer off-road rally karting experiences, quad bikes and four-wheel drive. So if your slightly older children fancy roaring around an off-road track then this is the place for you.

3. Bourn Pottery

For the more artistic kids, I would recommend Bourn Pottery. Bourn Pottery provides a range of parties and lessons for all ages, ranging from 1-hour parties at their studio or at your home, to classes and corporate events. Pottery making is something that all ages can partake in – parents too! So if you like the idea of spending an hour or two getting creative with clay then you should head over to their website and book now.

4. Laserforce

If running around with their friends is more your child’s speed than Laserforce in Peterborough. With either one hour or two-hour sessions, you kids and their friends can charge around playing laser tag and competing against each other. Laser tag is the perfect way to let off some steam whilst having a brilliant time, and parents, if you’re feeling up to it, can join in too!

5. Punting in Cambridge
